First Things First... What is CBD, and how do I use it? What is all the hype about? These are questions that we've been receiving from some of our readers and followers. All very valid questions, if this is a new concept to you. What is CBD?
Simply put, CBD is a non-psychoactive compound found within the cannabis plant. Its medical benefits have shown to be effective in providing relief from anxiety, addiction, PTSD, pain and inflammation, among others.
Let's break it down:
Vaping - This method is the quickest to achieve results, as you inhale the vaporized CBD oil, taking it directly to your bloodstream.
Edibles - This is a fun, popular and creative way of taking CBD. This can be through gummies, brownies, and other sweet treats as well as added to beverages.
Capsules - This is usually helpful for digestive issues and treatment for seizers. The only challenge with this form of intake is that it takes longer for the body to absorb.
Oils/Tinctures - This is used via a tongue dropper. You'd drop CBD Oil under your tongue, which is almost immediately absorbed.
